Els Dog Walking & Pet Sitting Services
Els Dog walking and pet sitting services cancellation policy.
We only offer a minimum of 3 walks/home visits a week.
For all Dog walking we require minimum 7days notice for any cancellations or there will still be a full charge.
Walks are also non-transferable too.
We require a 50% deposit on any pet boarding booking.
For our boarding service we require a minimum of 7days notice from the first day of booking when cancelling/changing or will be charged full price (please note you will still lose deposit even when notice is given as this is non-refundable and non-transferable)
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately the above has to be in place for us to run our businesses efficiently and hope our customers can understand.
